Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only if the product is defective or damaged with proper full unboxing video of the parcel and should be reported within 4 days of delivery.
After 4 days, we cannot offer an exchange or refund of any kind.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging, without any damage.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- A 360-degree unboxing video (from package opening to end) is mandatory to claim damages. If not provided, Calcuullator will not be responsible for courier-related damages.
- To request an exchange, please WhatsApp us with your order ID and exchange details.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided only if the product is out of stock or if the order is undelivered within 20 working days from the date of order.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.
